I stayed at a hotel along the Achi River in the Kusshin Onsen. Check-in time was as early as 13:00, and I was able to check-in immediately by taking a shuttle bus from the express bus stop. The room had a view of the Achi River and I was able to take a bath. The baths were rotated by time, but the outdoor baths were quite different. The buffet was famous for the meal, but I wanted to relax, so I decided on a kaiseki course. I enjoyed the meal slowly with hearty and delicious food.

Overnight on New Year's Eve. There were also events such as New Year's Eve soba and mochi making. There were many buffets, but what should have been hot was not hot. The soup for zoni, soup stock for Toshikoshi soba, curry, etc. were lukewarm, and the crab soup didn't seem to be heated at all. In cold weather, warmth is even more important in places.

This is my fourth stay. The inn is not new, but it is well maintained. The corridor between the rooms is twice as wide as normal, so you can walk leisurely. Stay in a Japanese-style room on the third floor. The rooms are large and well furnished and comfortable. The wide veranda is also wide and the view from the large window is wonderful. It overlooks the river and the inn and hotel across the river. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes and good taste. Enjoy the specialties of Ina and the flavors of Hokkaido. You can also experience the open-air bath with large natural stones and a number of elaborate inner baths. A simple alkaline hot spring with a PH of 9.9 for smooth skin. I was able to relax and take a bath. It was a satisfying inn to stay at a reasonable price.
