The original hot spring bath + local Viking hotel is getting old, but I felt that the super soft water bath is the same feature as this one.

The Dormy Inn Nagasaki Chinatown is a great choice, mainly because of its excellent location. I especially appreciated the parking facility next door, which is both convenient and a more affordable option. The room size is typical of most Japanese hotels, but what really makes this hotel special for me is the complimentary ramen served at night—a thoughtful and enjoyable touch. The breakfast is also delicious and offers a great start to the day. Another highlight is the hotel’s onsen, conveniently located within the same building, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return.

It is a great hotel in the city centre, within walking distance of Chinatown and Dejima. Hot springs and buffet breakfasts always disappoint. Free soba noodles are also served at night.
