Lunch in the restaurant was nice but nothing to rave about the food for the price, wine was very expensive and not great. Our massage after made up for everything thing though as it was amazing.

It was a room on the ground floor of the spa building, but the bath in the room was lukewarm anyway! The stone bath is probably because of the ground, and the water in the bath has cooled due to the cold air on the ground. It seems to have had a function of cooking, but it has now been disabled. It's a shame because the others were great service and food. By the way, I stayed on the first floor of the Premier building last year, and it wasn't like that, probably because of the new stuff. Either way, I would like to see proper facilities provided at this price point.

I live in Yokohama, so I come here every year to enjoy the snow. It's hard to see Yokohama. Although I change the My Open Air Room each time in the Premier Building and the Main Building It calms you down. There are staff members and familiar faces, and they are doing their best. Winter is hard. Enjoy the slopes and be happy 💜 Thank you very much.
