The hotel concept is "community love" hospitality. The shop overflows with designs that make use of Niigata materials, allowing visitors to experience Niigata culture. In the lobby, there is an exhibition of bamboo poles used to dry harvested rice and a wall with Yasuda tiles embedded in it. Wooden vermilion also dances on the walls of the guest room. The building is older, but has been renovated both externally and inside. It was very comfortable because it was well cleaned. It is an artificial hot spring, but also has a public bath. Soaking slowly will relieve your fatigue from your travels. Breakfast buffet is also recommended. Enjoy delicious rice and Niigata's specialty dishes to your heart's content. What makes me happy is the good location in front of Niigata Station. Whether you're shopping, eating or taking the train or bus, it's just as convenient. Next time I want to use this hotel in Niigata.

I stayed with my kids. It was also close to the station and the location was good. The inside of the hotel was so beautiful and wonderful. Breakfast was also delicious with a variety of local Niigata gourmet foods ☺️It is a hotel I want to go again!

Excellent location across train station. Major renovation going on at train station, some noises can be heard in room. Hotel is big but old. Rooms are small. Corridors are quite dark, don't feel safe or good walking up alone to your room. First time staying in a Japanese hotel with dark corridors. Think they are trying to save electricity by cutting down on lightings. Lots of food & shops options nearby. There is a very good ramen store just round the corner.
