Ryokan Nobiru Sansou

It was just a 1-night stay due to a long holiday weekend in Japan (accommodation in YUFUIN was running FULL). We encountered the most helpful staff (owner) ever. Upon our check-in, they went out of their way to ensure that we had transport to our next hotel. They were so thoughtful to even arrange for us to go to town after check out time @10am to tour around the sights as the usual check-in time/hotel pick-up was @3pm. Their extra service is such a 'value-add' that made our stay so gratifying. The set dinner and breakfast were a feast for the eyes, too. Despite our language barrier, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with fabulous (first time) outdoor onsen experience which is just NOT TO BE MISSED! Big THANK YOU to our gracious host for a most memorable (first) visit of Japan! We love to be back again!!
