Motobu Green Park Hotel

Where to start .. I just can’t find a positive thing to say about this hotel other than the view from the room was ok. I feel compelled to let people know about this place— the images on line absolutely do not reflect the condition of this hotel. It’s falling down , Dirty, dangerous and most things are “ under maintenance “. Staff very well trained to let you know the pool , onsen and other amenities are currently under maintenance once you’ve checked in & paid. Let me tell you, the pool has not been operational for a long time, full of slime & home to many frogs. I’m still in shock as I write and look at the image trip advisor has for this hotel on the home page- the pool stinks, full of slime & has no safety railing .its not been in operation for a long time. Don’t let your children go near it. The hotel is so unclean , I felt dirty just being there. Wifi drops out , but mostly you can’t connect. This is also explained to you once you have checked in and paid.. Regarding the food and beverage, due to not preordering 3 days in advance , we were told we could not order any breakfast at the hotel. Ok I understand that I think( is this normal?) But We were also informed quite strictly from the female receptionist that we could not even order a coffee due to not preordering . For the first time in my life , I was not allowed to order a coffee at a hotel. I had to go down to Aeon, buy coffee bags and milk so I could have a coffee in the morning. Seriously? I’m surprised trip advisor hasn’t pulled the plug on this venue. For what we paid, I feel very hornswoggled. I rarely rate a hotel- but I feel people need to know about this place. On principle don’t stay here . This place is truly brings shame on Japan and okinawa . As an international visitor, I expect a level of decency , cleanliness & safety from a hotel that charges a huge rate yet deceives you with their advertising..

It was a visit to see other reviews. It's an old facility, so it's undeniable that it's getting old, but I wonder if it's something to write about? The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the view from the windows. The room I stayed in felt somewhat old, but it was well cleaned and there was nothing to complain about. Best of all, it was quiet. Perhaps it was good that there were almost no group customers or families with children. It is a hotel with a golf course, so I thought it was not enough for children. Anyway, I was able to spend four days relaxing and calm. I hope to see you again. Thank you very much.

Unlike the internet photos, the building is very old. The interior, exterior, lobby, restaurant and rooms are all poorly maintained and fall below expectations. No cost-effectiveness. Hotels that cannot be listed on travel sites
