Impressions from the other night's stay (using Suite KING) Hello. My family took care of me for two nights from 11/22. The interior of the room was really nice and spacious and relaxing. The breakfast ingredients are delicious, and I'm very happy about that! However, there were a few things that made me want to work a little harder because it was such a suite. As a fan, I want to support them, so I'll write honestly. The pool is cold. The water was also cold in the indoor pool, and the children were too cold to play. We would like to ask for measures such as hot water in winter. Another improvement is mold in the men's changing room and the lack of water by the pool. Lack of guidance As I learned later, the suite was able to lounge check-in. It was a bit disappointing that there was no guidance on that at the front desk (general lane). The staff worked very hard, but it would be reassuring to have a little more support in Japanese. Equipment and amenities It is sad that there are only two bottles of water & the refrigerator is empty even though it is a suite. We would also like to review the grade of hair dryer and the lack of beach sandals. Breakfast and Others I would like to have a little more delicious coffee (drips, etc.) and takeout cups. Also, the cleaning was beautiful, but the cushions and slippers were messy, and the receipt email was only in English.... It's a small detail, but I was curious. The buildings and atmosphere are the best hotels, so I definitely want to go again if the service improves! I expect it to improve.

We returned to Okinawa to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Customer service was excellent even before our trip—our phone inquiries months in advance were handled smoothly and professionally. The location is also very convenient, close to American Village with plenty to do nearby. From the moment we arrived by car, staff were friendly, the lobby was huge and spacious, then we checked in at the executive lounge, we felt truly well cared for as Diamond members. Although we stayed in a standard room with an ocean view and balcony, without an upgrade, the room was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly sized for our stay. We had breakfast at the restaurant on our first morning. It was busy at first, but the express line for elite members helped, and the selection of both local and Western dishes was impressive. On the second morning, we enjoyed a quieter breakfast at the executive lounge. A special thank-you to Minami, Emika, Chami, and Hinata—their warm wishes and exceptional hospitality were a highlight of our trip. Minami, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special and took the time to truly understand our needs, which created wonderful memories for us. Their level of service far exceeded that of other five-star hotels we’ve stayed at. We would love to return to this resort for future anniversary celebrations!

I’m glad I get to visit during the Meat festival for their buffet which is until November 10 of this year. There’s a great selection of food. I went during dinner over the weekdays. I didn’t made reservation. Staff speaks great English too!
