Loved being close to the supermarket across the street. The breakfast was average. Stayed here for the onsen and it was good. Although they were dealing with construction issues so the schedule was odd. The rooms didn’t feel clean. The floors, especially the rugs were filthy with stains all over. It was gross. We paid for parking but their lots were full 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed. We had to haggle with them to give us back 2 nights parking fees. We purchased breakfast with our room but when we checked in the person said we didn’t have it. I questioned it further and a second person said we didn’t have breakfast with the room. Our second day there we were considering a massage and remembered seeing discount coupons in the paper folder our keys came in. When we looked we saw our 4 days of breakfast coupons in the little folder but we had already missed the first morning’s. This place staff members have limited English speaking skills and poor communication.

I stayed there for three days and two nights. It was really attractive to put them in a natural hot spring in the guest room, even though it was very close to the airport in Naha city and very accessible. After the sightseeing trip, it was comfortable to put it in the hot spring immediately after returning to my room, and I used it many times during my stay. There is also a public bath, a swimming pool, indoors and outdoors, laundry and gym, and facilities in the hotel, so you can relax enough even inside the hotel. Convenience stores, souvenir shops, and pan stores also used it. There was also a wide variety of breakfast buffets, which were satisfying from the morning. We also had Chinese lunch, which was delicious. It was also nice to spend time in a calm atmosphere with the impression that there are many flight attendants using it, probably because the airport is close. I also went to Namikami Palace and the ruins of Mie Castle. I recommend it because it is close. It was a really nice hotel with a very good balance of sightseeing and rest. I want to use the spa tower again when I come to Naha.

It was my first time to go to a hotel, but the taxi driver said, "Which way is the entrance? What about the spa tower?" And I said, "I don't know, I don't know," and I got a joke. The hotel was very grateful for preparing the top 12 floors. The rooms were reasonably large and comfortable, and my wife was pleased with the L'Occitane equipment. For my family, which is very picky about hot springs, I twisted the hot springs and after ten minutes, only cold hot springs came out, and I contacted the front desk and said, "Mix it with hot tap water." He exclaimed: 'I'm sorry. After about 15 to 20 minutes, the hot springs also came out at a reasonable temperature. I mixed it with tap water from the beginning because the water was wasteful. It felt good. Breakfast was very good. I was satisfied with the meat and tacos.
