super helpful staff and great eclectic mix of local and international travelers. maybe not a family place but great for young energetics. Good value for price. Shared amenities were clean. Kitchen and computer availabilty a plus. Good location also. Arigato!

There are a lot of friendly people here but I do not recommend if you want to have a nice sleep. Everything here seemed broke. But it is totally fine if you just stay for a few hours and you do not mind about the mess.

For the price, and the friendliness of the people, this is a great place to crash. I didn't have any problems with cleanliness, but the beds are quite hard, and there are a lot of people, so bring earplugs. For my purposes (a place to sleep for a few hours before heading to a different location), it was fine.
