Nice looking hotel near sea shore, which is lined with warehouses and factories lined along the edge of sea. Beach is also not far may be a drive of 5-10 minutes. However the rooms are small but ok for an overnight stay, but what is not ok is the toilets which are the smallest that I have ever experienced. Your elbows touch the wall/ curtain when applying soap while taking bath. Funniest thing is that shower is also through same water connection as washbasin. The restaurant is small and has limited options. The Veranda adjacent to the lobby is inviting but once you go out it is so very noisy. The trees besides the veranda have lots and lots of noice making insects like creatures. However as I mentioned the pond and its fish are inviting. We tried having a cup of coffee on the chairs kept there but the noise of these creatures was too much to bear.

I booked this hotel as we had to spend a night for the next day's flight from Kansai Airport. It is supposed to be close to the airport but it is still a long drive from the hotel. The supposed "free" shuttle runs every hour only and if you don't book the shuttle you may have to wait almost 2 hours if happen to miss the previous shuttle and you did not make arrangements for the shuttle. The room was tiny even for Japanese standard and the bathroom even smaller almost like a closet. The supposed free internet did not work as the person who "handed" the password could not explain the password. May be look at another hotel where staff speak a little more English.

Stayed here for 10 hrs awaiting my flight, experience wasn't that great. Only thing worth mentioning was their restaurant in the lobby. Good food and ambience. Rooms were very small and dark, we were given rooms in the basement. I had to ask for a room freshener !!. There's absolutely no space to keep your luggage in the room. There's a shopping mall at a walking distance from this hotel. Nothing worth buying as Japan is Damn expensive!!
