Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sakaihigashi

I stayed on the top floor and thought it was noisy because it was near the station, but that was not the case, the room is large and the desk is large and good, it is easy to access from the observation room on the 21st floor because it is the city hall in front of me, even though I thought that the station front was quiet because Takashimaya closed, the shopping street is full of life, there is no trouble with meals, the hotel breakfast is also rich and there is takoyaki very satisfying, I was able to use two private rooms and relax.

I used it for the first time in a year. For consecutive nights, choose between no cleaning or just changing towels. It's good that I don't have to pack my bags and go out every time, as none of them seem to be inside. It's just my first time, so I don't know how far I've come only to change towels, so I decided to give it a try and went out during the day and went back to the hotel at night to find a set of towels in my bag hanging on the doorknob. Inside were bath towels, face towels, hand towels, bath mats and even plastic bottles in my pyjamas. I just don't know what to use except the plastic bag that came with it (it's small enough to hold a set of used things) Amenities are also provided in the lobby with only what is needed. Maybe a set of rooms is more efficient than disposing of unused ones. I used it from the beginning, and as expected, it was rattling and rattling when it moved in the bathtub, and there was reinforcement of gum tape. I can't help it. However, drain holes to prevent overflowing in the sink were cleaned just by brushing with a used toothbrush, which may cost labor, but they are visible, and I wished they were cleaned a little more frequently.

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights during my latest stay in Japan. Staff is very friendly, but their proficiency of English is not really good. I was staying in room 902 which was small but nice (see pictures). Clean! Breakfast is nice, but I would appreciate a bit more European/American food in the morning.
