He stayed overnight on a trip around Fukuoka and Saga. I made an online reservation partly because it has a 100% open-air bath with a fresh view, and Takeo Onsen Romon is also a good one-minute walk away. We drove with Hakata, Dazaifu and Kurume and arrived after 15:30. I was immediately shown to my room. The Japanese Modern Room Japanese and Western-style room (non-smoking) was renovated in 2020, and two semi-double Simmons beds are arranged in a clean room. There is also a tatami space with low chairs and a table, so you can relax. There is no excess or deficiency of amenities. Although it is a small hotel at a reasonable price, it was founded in the Meiji period and has a venerable history, with Emperor Showa staying there. The open-air bath overlooks the cityscape of Takeo. The main dish for dinner is Saga Prefecture Wagyu steak and kenchin-mushi small sea bream. There's an elaborate menu that ranges from garnishes to sweets.

First of all, the service provided by the hotel staff was really great. Thank you very much for your help. I came here for the hot springs after the Sagazakura Marathon, so this time I stayed in a Japanese-style room for 2 people with breakfast included. The toilet and bathroom in the room had been renovated, so I had a really comfortable stay. I would like to visit you again.

Stayed for one night to enjoy onsen bath during our road trip in Kyushu, the stay is comfortable. Room is spacious and nicely renovated. Dinner was served inside the room with superb privacy. Food is delicious. The only complaint is wifi signal was poor and connection is unstable.
