This is the third time. It's convenient because it connects directly from Otsu Station, so I use it. The advantage is that you can stay dry even in a thunderstorm. Until now, the stay has been satisfactory, but this time the front desk man was unpleasant, and it was quite uncomfortable. This is the most impolite response. Am I the only one who thinks they won't want to come if it's like this?

Checking in during the day is bad attitude of older women, when they come back from going out at night Poor front desk response… They gave me to throw a key for three rooms! Oh, shit.

This is my first stay. This was the first time I had heard of a Japanese single, but it was a more cozy stay than I had expected. It was nice to be able to check out at 12 o'clock. The front floor had all the amenities you need, and the coffee, roasted tea, and chazuke service at night were good. Breakfast was delicious and the venue was large and almost empty all the time. The air conditioning is a bit too good, so you might need something to wear if you are cold. The staff were all very pleasant and I was really grateful when the front desk staff said to me "Thank you for your hard work" when I came home tired. We had a few warm calls at the breakfast venue to look out for us, and I felt that in terms of such hospitality, we were no better than hotels that were said to be high-class both at home and abroad, and this was the first time I had felt that I did not want to check out so strongly.
