Hotel Livemax Atami

In the description of the hotel, it said "All guest rooms offer ocean views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Each room has a natural hot spring open-air bath. Breakfast buffet included ." and this is a lie. When I checked in, there is no ocean at all and I cannot even see a bit of a sea. The staff is not Japanese and he is very implolite, Pls do not live in this hotel as they cheat on customer and lie about their room. Worst hotel in Japan. ホテルの説明には「全客室から太平洋のオーシャンビューをお楽しみいただけます。各部屋には天然温泉の露天風呂が付いています。朝食ビュッフェ付き。」とありましたが、これは嘘です。チェックインしてみると、海は全く見えず、海の一部すら見えませんでした。スタッフは日本人ではなく、非常に失礼でした。このホテルは客を騙し、部屋について嘘をつくので、絶対に泊まらないでください。日本で最悪のホテルです。

At first everything was fine, our room was beautiful and with all the various necessities, the shower and after shower products were amazing on the skin, the bed was really comfy, the private onsen was the cherry on top. That said, I woke up at 7:00 because of the sun, there are no thick curtains and the main window is only shield by a roll-up shatter which still made the light go through, the other window (which is the shower that takes you directly to the onsen on the balcony) had no curtain or shutter at all, making all the light come in. On top of that, we woke up to pidgeons who shat all over the balcony, even on the chairs and table, it was disgusting. Do not recommend this place at all, go somewhere else for private onsen.

It's been quite a while since Atami. I go to Izu every year, but I kind of went to another hot spring resort. As expected. I'm happy to see this return. Well, Livemax Resort Atami Ocean. It's amazing. It's a good recipe. Around the front desk in the style of a business hotel. It's new, so it's beautiful. The room is large. The room open-air bath is also large with hot springs & the view is ocean. But when you go in naked you can see it from the side and laugh at it because it was a corner you can play with❗️ The public bath has a view of Saiko. It feels good. I also get the impression that I'm working hard for dinner and breakfast. I was impressed with the bathrobe in the room. It's not even a ryokan hotel with high-priced rooms and open-air hot springs. This makes each person in the 10,000 yen range‼️（→ use points） It's a scary cospa. I was a little concerned about another cleaning, but I think it is amazing that they are working hard in this price range. The hot spring was unimpressed for Atami 💦 I think I like Ito's.
