Really a great place for travelers who want to live an excellent Japanese hotel experience. We spent two very nice days there, enjoying the services of the hotel at the returns of walks and visits. Meals (dinners and breakfasts) allow you to taste the variety of tastes of Japanese gastronomy. Two spacious hot (onsen) baths, with outdoor pool, are located in the hotel itself. Several configurations of rooms. Ours “Japanese style” (with light mattresses folding on tatami) was very large, in two pieces partitionable at will. The place is animated by a dedicated and very attentive team. A shuttle is offered to connect to the station in a few minutes.

I visited with my family and dog. The hot springs, the food, the pet-friendly, the cleanliness of the rooms and the response of the staff were satisfactory and the cospa was very good. The fact that there were not many people by chance in the time I entered the hot springs made a good impression. I even got a 10% off service ticket at checkout and told my family I had found a good place to stay. The only time I spoke to a male staff member who was at the cash register near my seat to order alcohol at dinner was when he ignored me, which made the family atmosphere temporarily uncomfortable and unimpressive

I was so happy with this hotel! Sleeping in a traditional tatami room is a must-have experience in Japan, and this was spacious and convenient, with great service and a wonderful onsen bath. The restaurant looked great, but I walked to the entertainment area of Ito instead - a good selection of bars and restaurants just 10 minutes away. And a 24-hour supermarket across the street for anything you need!
