I made a reservation for one night just after Christmas.
There is a direct JR train from Odawara, so it is convenient instead of taking the Shinkansen (arriving at 2pm).
I called Izunagaoka Station to arrange a pick-up bus, and it took about 10-15 minutes to get to the inn.
I could see Mt. Fuji from the bus!
Check-in is at 3pm, but when I arrived at the inn, everyone came out to greet me at the entrance, and I waited for about 30 minutes in the tea area in the lobby.
I had booked an aroma oil massage at 3pm, so I went to the massage area.
I arrived around 2:55pm, and they didn't open until 3pm, so I waited a little before being shown in.
As for the beauty treatment, it was a 60-minute course that included counseling, choosing an aroma, changing clothes, and tea time, so I think the treatment itself took about 30-40 minutes.
(Normally, if you choose the 60-minute course, the treatment will be 60 minutes, but please note that this is not a 60-minute treatment.)
The price also varies depending on the time of the treatment.
The price is higher between 4-6pm and 8-10pm.
The therapist (I will not reveal his name) was very nice and taught me a lot about the oils and aromas I was interested in, as well as the herbal teas that he serves.

The room was a tatami room with a nice view. I could see the mountains.
The futon was laid out during dinner.
Then, we went to the large bath...
There is an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, and the bath with natural hot spring water is large.
There are many showers, but it did not feel crowded.
There is no sauna.
Part of the dinner is a buffet, but the food is brought out at appropriate times.
We were seated at a chair and table with floor heating.
I think the area for children had seats like a sunken kotatsu.
You can eat as much as you like, so you can have salad, stew, and rice again, which is nice.
Breakfast is buffet style. There is a variety of bread, rice, drinks, etc.
They grilled dried fish right in front of you.
The tamagoyaki was also excellent! It had a homemade feel and the taste was just right. I really liked it, so I had a second helping of tamagoyaki.
The building is spacious, so it was cold, probably because the air conditioning was old.
I was bothered by the sound of the air conditioner.
There was a souvenir corner, so I looked in after breakfast, thinking of buying some manju as a souvenir. The manju were sold out, but the clerk who was there that day was funny!
When I said I would come again later, he said, "I'll be waiting for you"... I had a nice laugh!
It was fun and nice.
There was nothing at Izunagaoka Station, but it seems there is a ropeway, so it's a good place to go a little further from Tokyo.
The air was clean and the hot springs were great, so this is an inn I'd like to visit again.
