My wife and I reserved for a non-smoking room but when we checked in late that night our room was for smokers. We tried to have it changed but the front desk were not accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service and rude front desk personnel.

The smallest room I have seen in this chain of hotels. Only 9 square meters !!! Rooms are very cold and if you put on the air-condition to worm-up the room, you get dry in 10 minutes. You turn off the air-condition and you get cold in 10 minutes... Rooms are a bit noisy, since the hotel is right on a major road. Was on the 5th floor for 3 days and the corridor has bad smell. Bed is VERY UN-comfortable !!! The only rally good thing in this hotel is the large bath on the first floor. Breakfast is o.k
