Kinugawa Plaza Hotel

Very large quiet hotel with many services including hot baths. Traditional and clean rooms. The all-you-can-eat buffet does the trick.

The room is fine. It's beautiful. The rooms facing the river at right angles are unique. The meal is somehow not worth commenting on. It was a course of grilled meat, but what was prepared in advance was three pieces of ribs, tongue and loin, plus sasa kamaboko, ganmodoki and squid geso, and only galbi can be eaten as much as you like in the cafeteria. Beef roses would be more correct than ribs. There are steamed chicken, spring rolls, and marbo tofu. There is also shark fin soup that you can't find. Some oranges were delicious. There is no alcohol you can't ask for at the galley called the Drinks Corner, but there are often no people around. I'm sure it was sourced from a caterer somewhere. This is not a typical meal of an onsen inn. Breakfast the next morning is served in a cafeteria style, but you can eat any of them, although there are two places: a Japanese restaurant and a Western restaurant. To eat Western food in a Japanese restaurant, you need to walk on narrow steps. When eating Japanese food in a Japanese restaurant, there is a step between where the food is served and where the drink is served, and there is a step of about three between the food and the seat. There are so many steps like this that someone must have flipped it over. There are hot spring eggs but the broth and soy sauce are out, and the employees haven't seen the natto since it's gone, so you have to go and tell them. Basically, there are too many rooms to eat. The employees, about half Vietnamese and half Japanese, walk about 300m to a private open-air bath called Onidōtei, which must have been a love hotel. Because it was a long holiday, we had to put up nearly 30,000 yen per person. I think it would be a smarter way to spend your money if you went to a luxury inn during the off-season.

1.The room is renovated and clean. It doesn't even smell musty. However, it looks like a rough finish, perhaps because it was a sudden construction. 2.The shower is in the room but there is only a small pack of body shampoo. 3.Half of the washrooms in the public baths need to cross the bridge over the baths. 4.There were several small spider webs in the light right after entering the public bath. Garbage was accumulating under the glass outside the public bath, probably because of the rain. 5.The air conditioner in the room can be switched high or low, but there is no place to adjust the temperature, so it was cold the next morning. 6.A private bath was included in the set and it said it was a few minutes from the hotel, but it would take the average Japanese 5 minutes. The bath is hot and good, but if you just take a bath, you're told you can't shampoo or wash your body, even though there's a shower beside you. There are other places like that. What's more, it was so dim on the way that I even used my smartphone as a flashlight. When winter comes, it gets cold on the way home. 7.The parking lot won't stick unless you drive about 5 minutes. If you forget something, you have to give up. 7.There are only foreigners and aunts as employees. I have no difficulty speaking Japanese when I say gaijin. 8.Supper is shabu-shabu buffet style. The meat was cold to the touch, but the taste was not bad, and there was a decent amount of obanzai, curry, soba noodles, and udon noodles (I poured my own soba sauce, but I wanted something cold and warm), which made me full. I forgot to mention in the public bath that there's room for drying your hair on the side and shaving, with three seats on each side, but one doesn't have a mirror in front of it, so it's hard to shave.
