Accurate and functional hotel. Room with micro kitchen and micro bathroom. As everything in Japan is small, this does not escape the rule. There is no room cleaning in the living room.

The location is great. Staff were friendly. Rooms are small. We stayed as a family (2Ad, 1Ch). The wifi was not working throughout the room. We had to sit on the flr near the bathroom door with it open. I choose average only because the location. Train stations were convenient, there was a 24hr shop across the street and it was perfect for late hungers. (Full on meals) 7-11 was a 2 min walk away, so many different restaurants and shops around. We took our child to the park on the other side and he ended up playing with the kids there (He is not very social where were from. Usually just stays near us & refuses to interact) and it was great to see him enjoy running around with other kids. We walked back and he was excited to see new things and how clean it was around our area. (He doesn't like messy or dirty things) Other than that we only used the room for sleeping and showering, we stayed out most of the day (mornings to late nights). So we had to shower with the door open just so he can get wifi to keep him busy.

A simple, well-equipped room with kitchen facility, a perfect place to stay in Tokyo for work trips. Good location as direct trains to Narita airport, my regular place to rest right after the long-haul flights. Nippori is close to oldtown Tokyo, so mostly local residents and not overcrowded. The hotel is located on the main street though rooms are quiet enough for sound sleep. Supermarkets, convenience stores nearby and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Great value.
