Poor hotel with poor service. Beds and location are the only pluses. Moderate and busy breakfast (times to eat are very limited for such a big hotel!), outdated rooms, annoying check-in process, paying for the pool, very impersonal experience. So one setback. We would definitely not go back!

The accommodation was fine, but it took a long time to check in. It was our first time staying here, so we knew nothing about it… The guides were hard to understand, the people who showed us were not very verbal, and if they could explain a little more, we would be able to check in smoothly. I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby and watched it and thought, "Wow. However, it was very good to be close because the event was held at Tokyo Dome in terms of location. I'd like to use it again. The cleaning staff were not Japanese either, but they were well received. Thank you very much.

Checked in earlier where hotel charged me a full day rate, which was a bit overpriced, however it was my choice to either accept it or not, but what to do after a long flight then waited till 3.00 pm for check in ? But i think hotel could have been more flexible with the rate. Anyways it always seems to be a standard when one checks in hotels ! Saving less time at the reception etc. not much info given, however most of it you will find on the tv, now check in went alright, we got room #1016 Facing the street, and the pool area, we got new bottle of water everyday, coffee and tea as well, Room was quite nice and big enough for 3 ppl here, the Dome which is literally just around the corner of the hotel offers a great range of malls and dining areas around. The hotel offers a Japanese breakfast and Asian - European breakfast concept. It had everything you can imagine, just love the simplicity of it all, no frills here. La Que is just pass the ferries wheel dont think it was working during the 5 nights we had here. Perhaps due to the bad weather as well, a small mall here and supermarket around, which is convient and 7/11 store around. In fact close to the train station as well, had a good stay besides in spite of the full charge of room.
