I found a great rate for the Hotel Grand Arc Honzomon for a one-night stay in February 2026. The hotel is in a very quiet yet central location next to the National Theatre and a 5-minute walk from Honzomon station on the Honzomon Line. Room size was larger than I expected with a really fantastic view of the Imperial Palace moat and National Diet. Breakfast was a choice of western or Japanese set; I chose the latter and it was delicious. The hotel was a really great value and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

From Hanzomon to Nagatacho, there are many accommodation facilities related to local governments and civil service mutual aid, and this one operates as a recreation center for the Police Mutual Aid Association. The attributes of the guests are also police-related to a certain extent, and the next property is the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department building, so it may be one of the most secure accommodations in Japan. We have used it many times since its opening, but the interior, including the guest rooms and facilities, has come to feel like it has aged, although the exterior has not lost its novelty. The operation is at the Imperial Hotel, along with the National Town and Village Hall in Nagata, and as expected, there are no graduates in the service. On the other hand, restaurants are a little weak and the quality of breakfast is at a level that I would like you to work a little harder for, given the number of rooms and the Imperial Hotel management.

Love this hotel. Highly recommend it. Warn and helpful staff: nice sized room; comfortable beds; good restaurant - lovely setting where we enjoyed both the western and Japanese breakfasts. Great location as well. Would definitely stay there again.
