The building is old, but for business purposes there is no problem. It is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant on the 12th floor is great, including the view.

It is directly above Takebashi subway station, so you can travel without getting wet in the rain. Convenient if the destination is easily accessible from Takebashi Station. The equipment is undeniably old, but acceptable given the price. There is also a refrigerator and a separate bottle of water. Comfortable looking down on the greenery of the Imperial Palace from the window. Breakfast is also well worth the price. Depending on the destination, the value of use is significant.

It is close to Takebashi Station on the Tozai Line (the nearest entrance 3b has only stairs, so if you have suitcases, it is recommended to take an elevator to exit 2 from the south ticket gate and cross the pedestrian crossing). The location is beautiful, the scenery is good, and the prices are reasonable (especially for union members), so it might be a good option among the soaring hotels in Tokyo. The rooms with the Imperial Palace side view are very nice with a great view of the wide blue sky and depending on the angle, the slope towards Takebashi. Some rooms have sky tree views.
