Rose Garden

A terrible experience, we booked for three people and ended up with a tiny room where we couldn't even open our suitcases, instead of the tatami bed there was a bunk 'bed', we raised the issue at the reception that it was not what we had paid for, they were rude and impolite, the response was that we could leave. Unlivable bathroom. The only positive thing was the restaurant where we had breakfast; otherwise, 4 days of hell.

Nice hotel located very close to a metro station. Our family room squeezed four beds into a very small space; there was no room to move around. The bathroom was as large as the room itself, featuring a spacious shower and double sinks. Breakfast was quite pleasant. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved; there were tiles that were visibly dirty. Our room was very noisy—clearly lacking soundproofing—as we were on the 8th floor yet could still hear street noise at night.

We were very pleasantly surprised that in a big city like Tokyo, you can find a hotel with great location, quiet rooms, very good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. The rooms were clean and bedding very good too. This hotel is an excellent choice in Tokyo!
