I stayed in this hotel several times already. I always go back due to its proximity to train stations and Tokyo City Air Terminal. It has always been a go-to hotel when I am in Tokyo. Rooms are small, typical of a budget hotel in Tokyo. However, a very quiet area, walking distance from stations and the airport bus terminal, and nearby convenience stores. Rooms may include a simple breakfast, which is decent. Rooms are clean. However, when there is a guest, they don't clean the room unless you ask them to, so it's up to the guest to keep it clean. You have to bring out the used towels and the rubbish near the door. They provide new towels, a toothbrush, and a set of slippers every day. I also appreciate that they provide sachets of facial wash, shampoo, conditioner, and bath salts. The staff is very nice. Not all of them speak English, but they would try their best to understand and help you.

Hotel very well located with metro stations 6 minutes away, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room we had was very spacious, the bathroom had a large bathtub. At the reception they offer you bath salts and creams. They clean the rooms every day. The very economical laundry, both washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is sweet (Neapolitans, croasans, cheese bread) as well as corn soup, coffee and various juices (drinks are available all day) The staff is super friendly and helpful, you can also leave your suitcases at reception until you go to the airport.

Approximately 8 minutes walk from the Tokyo City Airport Terminal - very friendly and attentive staff - small room and bathroom very clean and cleaned daily - very fast and stable internet - free breakfast with soup, yoghurt, small pastries and drinks of your choice - drinks and coffee machines are available free of charge around the clock - convenient location on two subway lines (Tozai and Hibiya Line) - very good value for money. Highly recommended!
