Excellent location just like AC Hotels and Aloft that are right next to it. The sad part is that they have ZERO consideration of your being Elite Member (I am and have been a Titanium for the last 9 years with one more year to get to Lifetime Platinum status). Basically you can forget about being given any upgrade (even if you have any number of “nightly awards” in your account, as the hotel doesn’t allow you to put in that request. The worst part was even a simple request for a quiet room (when making a request through the app) was not granted. I was given a room bang in front of the elevators (as you walked out of them). Therefore you could hear folks everytime they walked out talking especially if they were in a group. My profile has extra towels to be placed in the room (as I like to shower a couple of times) but they were never placed which resulted in my trying to find the housekeeping person (with her cart) almost everyday. Bottom Line: Elite members - Platinum, Titanium or Ambassador have no value, as the least I did expect they would have given me a room away from the elevator even if upgrades are NEVER PROVIDED or there is no way to put in an upgrade through the “nightly awards” given by Marriott to Elite members.

Very good hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was noticeably cramped, and if you are a tall person, you won't fit in the shower. Beyond that, I must highlight that everything else was perfect. The location was the best part. The Ginza neighborhood is quiet at night, safe, and you also have many options for dining and shopping.

We booked three rooms and stayed at this hotel for a total of 13 nights, so this was more than just a brief stopover - it gave us a real sense of what the property is like over an extended stay. The price was undeniably steep; the total bill was eye-watering, though that is perhaps the premium one pays for a hotel in Ginza, right in the heart of Tokyo’s business district. On the plus side, the location is excellent and makes getting around the city extremely convenient. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and I was especially impressed by some of the reception staff, who appeared to be migrant workers yet spoke impeccable Japanese. The rooms were small, as one might expect in Tokyo, but they were comfortable enough and well suited to resting after a long day out. Breakfast, however, was fairly average and became repetitive over time - after nearly two weeks, we could practically recite the menu from memory. We also tried the fine-dining omakase restaurant on the ground floor, which may appeal to fans of raw cuisine, but it was not quite to our taste. In the end, we found the ramen restaurant Morry far more satisfying.
