We were in Japan to visit family and wanted to go Disneyland in Tokyo. We done some searching online and came across this hotel; we picked it for its location and good reviews. We found on Google Maps that this hotel has 2 train stations nearby as well as the monorail. We found both train stations were about a 10 minute walk from the hotel - on arrival we were welcomed and checked in. The rooms were spotless; they were well presented and comfortable. Slept really well the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast was very good actually - there was the option of Western or Japanese; I had a bit of both and it set us all up for the day. My children loved the little free vending machines that had chocolate/sweets in available during breakfast! Getting to Disneyland was really easy from the hotel; just a few stops away on the train with 1 change. The area around the hotel was surprisingly quiet but plenty of restaurants etc just a few minutes walk away. Getting into central Tokyo and the airports was also easy as well. The staff were really friendly and welcoming; the entire hotel was spotless. If we ever come Tokyo again we would definitely stay here; highly recommend.

Great hotel with excellent service. Everything was great. The Italian restaurant was quite good. They prepared some delicious spaghetti. Room care is unmatched. They provide even tooth brushes and toothpaste every day. The hotel is in a quiet area.

I stayed here for one night on a weekend in April 2024. It was raining so I headed there with an umbrella. It was about a 10-minute walk from Ariake Station and Kokusai Tenjijo Station. There is nothing around the hotel, it is a very quiet environment. There is no convenience store, so I recommend getting some at the station before heading to the hotel. There was bottled water in the refrigerator. The hotel is low-rise but has a luxurious feel. However, the room was small for a double bedroom, comparable to an ordinary business hotel. However, the bed was large and comfortable to sleep in, so there was no problem. The room may have been old, but even in a non-smoking room, there was a cigarette smell, so I turned the air purifier on "strong" during the day. The courtyard could be seen from the window, which was nice, but the rooms were facing each other and were closed with curtains during the day. The bathroom was a unit bath and had a moldy smell. There were no problems with the drainage or hot water. I don't know about breakfast, but the lunch set was a good deal and was good. I ate at the restaurant next to the lobby. For the main course, you can choose from hamburger, steak, fish, or pasta. I think it's enough if you want to relax from sightseeing at night.
