Spectacular views. The hotel in general is very nice as well as the service. Everyone is there to serve you and make you enjoy your stay. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Perhaps because few Japanese people stay here, the impression is that the hotel is mainly English and does business with foreigners. I felt it was not suitable for Japanese people, but it might make you feel like you are experiencing an overseas experience. There were staff members who didn't know what they were talking about, so it was difficult to understand the meaning of Japanese. I had to find a Japanese staff member to talk to. No. The front is hard to understand. "Oh, this is it." That's the feeling. However, they let me alone overall, so I enjoyed spending a small time in the lounge, having a light meal and drinking alcohol in the evening. The pool is still great. It's also good to go through. Finally, the white rice for breakfast was so bad that I couldn't believe it was a 5-star hotel. If you want to have breakfast here, Inaniwa Udon is probably the best. It was simple and good.

I wanted to thank the Andaz Tokyo team for a truly wonderful stay after a long absence. It makes me very grateful to still be remembered by so many wonderful colleagues after so many years. It's a bit like returning home after a long trip away! The front desk associates are all stars - so warm, cheerful and efficient in the face of a deluge of guests (congratulations!). I was afforded the best welcome when I checked in and given a fond farewell when I left - and everything in between was just as perfect. Breakfast at the Tavern was also a tremendous way to start the day. The associates there had the same amount of sunshine and energy which were complemented by the high quality offerings. It is a wonderful space with natural light and a spacious feel - a rare offering in a crowded city like Tokyo. We had the privilege of hosting a team event at BeBu. It was a very successful outing and my local colleagues enjoyed the beer towers, delicious bites and attentive (but never overbearing) service. I thought the burgers were scrumptious - on par with the best in Tokyo, and sized just right so we can enjoy your other offerings. I usually would not have anything other than Japanese cuisine in Tokyo but will gladly make an exception for this! It was a wonderful return back to the property and I look forward to my next one!
