I used it for work. The room is small, but the amenities are great. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, making it convenient. They also replenished the equipment for consecutive nights, which was very helpful. Many other hotels don't replenish. The sound of the next room barely bothered me either.

Extremely small rooms but really cheap. I don't recommend the ...01 rooms. You don't have daylight because the window goes out to a shaft. Conclusion: since you are hardly in the room, it is completely OK. If I had to work in between, I would choose another hotel. That would then, of course, be much more expensive.

I stayed a total of seven nights in this hotel (4+3) the first two weeks of January this year. The location is great compared to the areas of Tokyo to visit. On the hotel website there is talk of a renovation in July 2024, in fact the rooms seem to be in good shape, even if the bathrooms still look old. There is no real lobby, it is more a small entrance hall where there is the reception desk, a bathroom, the inevitable drinks machine and access to the restaurant area that during the period of my visit was open only in the morning for breakfast. There are no PCs connected to the internet in this small lobby, nor printers to possibly print the boarding pass for the return (yes strangely the Japanese still love the card). Needless to say the size of the rooms, it is a space that you just have to sleep in, however they are all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, fridge and tea and soap kit. There are many rooms facing the inner courtyard, however there are many rooms facing the outside. Throughout the hotel you can connect to wifi internet for free, just ask the staff for their password. The rooms instead each have a private password, I must say that I expected a signal far better than the one found, however it fulfilled its task, although in the event of large volumes of mg (eg photos), you leave all hope. Like any hotel in Tokyo, it is equipped with washing machines and dryers (for those who will never use them), a massage parlor and a microwave. It does not come with private Onsen like many APA Hotels. I remind you that in this chain they do not accept tattooed people (I was with long sleeves anyway), but for a couple of days there were two tattooed foreign guests, but they still did not say anything. The hotel is located within walking distance of several subway lines, which is capillary, in the area there are also several restaurants where you can eat without problems with little change (average for satisfactory dinner about 10€). There are also several “combinations” (lawson, 7eleven, family mart), where to find, food (freshly packed), printer/copier/scanner and ATM. Conclusions: Cleaning: I didn't find any particular cleaning problems, white sheets. The room is redone and cleaned on the third day and in any case both baskets and towels are changed every day. Position: I would say perfect, within 20/30 minutes you can get to any area of Tokyo. I recommend the taxi from Haneda airport, the cost is about 30/40 euros, money spent very well not to carry suitcases for the endless stairs of the metro. Staff: Always helpful and very kind. Services: As in all hotels in Japan, the hotel provides luggage shipping, but remember that the arrival of luggage at the next hotel is always the day after shipment. Early check-in: Not possible without a fee, however you can leave your luggage in storage at no additional cost. Breakfast: Disappointment at least in this hotel, few things, decent but not worth paying for breakfast, do it in one of the many combinos or ovens that you can find nearby.
