Only valid for the location; rooms were quite neglected, and on some floors it seems they offered other "private services."

The access to the subways is great and the service was very friendly and helpful. The location leaves a little to be desired and the facilities are a bit dated. Great value for the price. Rooms were quite spacious with an in room washing machine.

Hotel did not look like pictures on the website at all. Hotel was very old. Outside window was very dirty. Old carpet in Elevator and hallway. My room had carpet but not wood floors. I could not get used to the smell of our room. Room was clean though and washer came in handy, but dryer took 3 hours to dry 3 items. Akasaka is a great location and Akasaka mitsuke station is very convenient. The street hotel is on turn into loud drinking scene at night. Lots of bars and escort service type of business. There were many securities on the street at night. If you are female only guests, be aware anybody can go into this hotel from behind and can go up to your room. I saw 5 male cleaners from foreign country was all on the same floor when we got off from elevators that made us very uncomfortable. Staff at front desk were great. Vibe of this hotel was off. It was strange. We moved to different hotel on 5th day. If you just want cheap place to stay in great location, you'll be ok. But definitely not for me.
