I had an errand along the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and used it overnight. It wasn't easy to understand because I didn't know much about the place, but I was within walking distance of the station. The room was enough for me to stay alone. It had a refrigerator and microwave, which seemed convenient when you wanted to keep your budget under control, such as for a weekly business trip.

I stayed for 8 days at Flexstay Inn Ekoda. In terms of price and convenience, it was better than the other budget hotels I stayed at. And it's only about 3 stops from Ikebukero Station - a major station on the Yamanote Line. It's simple and there's no room service unless you want to pay extra, but the room was very comfortable and actually bigger than the other pricier budget hotels I stayed at. It's about 4 minutes by foot to Ekoda Station on the Seibu-Ikeburo Line or about 10 minutes from Shin-Ekoda Stn and there are restaurants and convenience stores seconds away. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Great second-hand shops near the station, too!

Flexstay Inn at Ekoda is a well located hotel near Ekoda railway station and in an area full of restaurants and food shops. The hotel is well equipped and efficient. Rooms not very big, but OK. Staff is friendly and helpful.
