Terrible hotel, watch out for the staff and do not leave your suitcases open without a combination when you go out. Having raised the problem at the reception, they did not believe us and did nothing.

Great luxury at an affordable price Very well located for accessing various public transportation options, including the subway line to reach the airports, via the underground commercial corridors (very much appreciated). A few strides from the Hama-rikyu Gardens, an exceptional green site in the heart of the capital. We chose the hotel specifically to visit it at the end of our stay! From Shimbashi station, I recommend taking this long underground passage to reach the hotel. Excellent welcome from the staff, a significant plus: you can leave your luggage on the day of check-out, allowing for one last trip before heading back to the train station or airport! The breakfasts are of exceptional quality, offering a brunch for every taste. My final piece of advice: depending on your height, double-check the bed dimensions!

Overall, I do not feel this property is worth staying at. In my opinion, there is not one real benefit to booking here when there are so many other local properties that offer a much better experience and, importantly, convenient access to the train. Compared to the other properties we stayed at during this vacation, this hotel was a major disappointment. The staff was rude and unaccommodating, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the shower area, and there was not even coffee available from the hotel. What was particularly disappointing was how unwilling the property was to accommodate guests. The fees to extend our stay by even one hour were outrageous and seemed completely unreasonable. After experiencing several other hotels during our trip, the difference was very noticeable. I would not recommend this property and would strongly suggest considering one of the many other nearby hotels instead
