The rooms and bathrooms are tiny. The breakfast is better than other hotels. It is well located within the business district and close enough to Ginza

In my whole life of travelling I have never experienced such a poor level of customer care. We had travelled from the UK . We arrived at the hotel at 9.30am after a 15 hour flight having been travelling for more than 24 hours. Obviously we realised we would not be able to check in so early. We left our bags and went out, and returned to the hotel at 1pm. By this time we were totally exhausted. We were told our room was ready however we could only go to it before 3pm if we paid them loads of extra money. I could not believe the lack of care, the room was ready, it made absolutely no difference to them they were just being unkind. We are an elderly couple , and could barely stand up we were so tired, but their lack of care & compassion for their guests actually beggars belief.

I don't know why so many people write rooms impressed by noise and breakfast about unripe eggs. My experience during my stay, really felt comfortable during my sleep and even meeting in the room was not disturbed by noises from the outside. Then the experience at breakfast is no obstacle, although the menu variations are almost the same every day and the eggs are not ripe (because the way to cook eggs in Japan is like that). For the taste of the food is said to be quite delicious, especially the ramen and miso soup. The room is said to be large enough for the size of Tokyo, then the bathroom is also said to be not narrow. 2 bottles of water are provided daily. Rooms are also cleaned daily. Staff can also speak English well. I sent goods using hotel services on the day of check-out and really felt helped. At the time of check-out, you can store your bags at the hotel receptionist. If you stay at this hotel and need help, just look for the following staff-staff names: Fujimoto, Thapa, and Goto. The train from the hotel can be reached on foot and not too far. They also provide a 2-person pajamas and universal charger cable (very useful). There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I hope you can have a pretty enjoyable experience staying in this hotel as much as I do.
