We needed to send baggage and wanted assistance with it. So we contacted them before arrival, they told us they would have helped. Upon arrival it turns out they had given us wrong info and were unable to help us send our luggage. It was deeply stressful and time consuming, what you don’t want when beginning a trip. They were really incompetent and unhelpful.

We booked a moderate room. It was small but functional, with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer was a great help - the one unit did both wash and dry. It may have taken a little longer than separate units, but was more than adequate for the job. Soap is automatically added by the machine. The toilet, like most in Japan with a bidet, was great. The reception is on the 13th floor and was very efficient and friendly.

Hotel in a beautiful area, location super, near metro station, shops, cafes, restaurants, Shibuya junction. The room is not large, but you can accommodate, there is even a kitchenette, very comfortable. The corridor is narrow, and there's a table and a sofa. Beautiful views from the windows, the only one downstairs if you look closely at the cemetery, but you don't notice the high numbers. A comfortable enough bed, pillows. There are toiletries, gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes and paste, bathrobes, a great hairdryer, the only one in the bathroom is low ceilings, shower over the bath (I know otherwise). There's a washing machine in the room. The room is cleaned once a week and she suffers, the room will remain dust, I would like better cleaning, once a week you can clean normally. The lobby has a comfortable waiting area, coffee's not great, but free. The staff are friendly and speak English.
