It takes about 3 minutes from Oimachi Station. It is like going through the side of Hankyu Oimachi Garden. It is also stylish on the outside, with a convenience store on the first floor. The front desk is spacious and there are workspaces. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What makes this hotel unique is that it has a large desk that faces the TV, making it extremely easy to work. I don't think it's too comfortable to stay too long. The complaint is that the unit baths identify with traditional business hotels which quality we would like to see improved a bit. Everything is around the station, so you don't have to worry about eating, shopping or anything else.

I didn't stay in the Jonan area when I moved to Tokyo, but this time I tried staying because the price was low. If you stay on weekdays, the prices are hard to imagine in Tokyo. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, the 1st floor is 7-11, the 2nd floor is the breakfast hall, and the 4th to 20th floors are guest rooms. The 17th and 18th floors are for ladies. I think the room is probably just like any other floor, with equipment such as a hair iron and foot massager. Amenities are picking up what you like before the elevator, and this is becoming a mainstream business hotel. Hairbrushes and razors are charged. I wasn't familiar with Oimachi, but there's a 100-yen shop in front of the station, Muji, and a reassuring store nearby that helps you with your travel lost items (I left some things behind, and these three helped me). If you are using Haneda Airport or Shinagawa as your base of travel, I highly recommend making it an option. If you are a member of the JR West app, you can enjoy the cheapest rate and late Check-out until 11:00.

I stayed there for two nights because it was easy and reasonable to get to Odaiba to watch the Japan Open tennis. Reservation on the app is great value, so make a Reservation on the ladies floor. It is conveniently located near Oimachi Station with a station building, a supermarket and restaurants. The room is comfortable with a double bed on the 18th floor. Outside the window, you could also see the night view of Shinjuku. There was only a ladies floor, and there were two foot massagers and hair dryers, Nano-e and various other items. But the building is old, so there is only one outlet at the table and one at the bedside, and if you use a charge or pot, you can't use other appliances. I hear you can borrow an extension cord for free, but it's a real necessity.
