My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. The location is perfect for ensuring endless experiences and adventure. The atmosphere of the facility is overall pleasant. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. They speak English very well. The rooms however are quite small which we did expect but the biggest issue was the bathroom. There was no fan to help with air flow nor was there a light switch in the bathroom itself. The bathroom light switch was in the hallway of the room’s entrance. These issues however out weigh the overall value of our stay. The price was decent for its location! The staff also cleaned our rooms on an every other day basis. The service was nice and speedy. I will also mention the noise levels were not as sound proof as described. We could hear outside sirens, people, and others roaming in the hallways. This was not a problem though. The amenities were also very good. Fresh towels everyday along with two water bottles and tooth brushes. These items definitely helped us through our trip. Overall, thank you to the staff at Premier Hotel Cabin Shinjuku, we had a lovely time and will absolutely be recommending this to our closest friends.

Yogurt and homemade bread were very good, and there was a wide variety of Japanese and Western food, which I enjoyed from morning. Its location close to the Teatro Milano was also attractive, and it was very helpful to be able to see the play easily because they could leave their luggage with us before we checked in. The receptionist was also a calm Japanese woman who was a little worried because of the location of Kabukicho, but she was able to use it with peace of mind. I had the impression that there were many guests from abroad. In addition, the only type of innerwear is jackets without pants. At night it was Kabukicho, as expected, so I could hear police cars, ambulance sirens and people talking until midnight. When I opened the curtains at around 2am, I was surprised to find them bright as day. If you are looking for a quiet environment, you might be interested. Still, the price/performance ratio is best considering the location, breakfast and service. I would definitely like to use it when we perform at the Teatro Milano.

Hotel located in a good position. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Small room but that was already known. What I am not satisfied with are the room access cards that always get demagnetized. The elevator that closed too quickly, and at times I got stuck. Additionally, in the bathroom, some signs of mold on the seals.
