The hotel is very well located. You have all the bustle of Akihabara and you don't notice any noise. You can rest in perfect conditions and count on all the good of said street in 2 minutes. The only negative is that the pillows are very hard, otherwise great. The room even bigger than we expected.

What I love : ✅ Reasonable price & comfortable ✅ Room is clean & well-maintained ✅ Not far from Shin Ochanomizu & Akihabara Station. Also 5-10 minutes walk from Akihabara ✅ Free aminities 😍 ✅ The hotel has Family Mart in the building & laundry area 💯 For me, it’s a pleasant stay 🌼

The hotel conditions are decent with good location and price is reasonable. Unfortunately, I found some bad impression during check-in whether by its system or staff cause me having bad moment for a few hours. I booked a triple room for 3 persons with breakfast, but I have been forced to pay 1 extra charge for 4 days breakfast as mu stay. I tried to explain them that the price that I booked via expedia for 2 and 3 persons with and without bf in the same room type was different, so I paid it already. However, thet didn't seem to understand and continue to waste a time. I think this the point the hotel need to be concerned for not being fraud.
