Despite its good location in front of the station and the fact that it serves some of Japan's top hotels, it's as expensive as a business hotel. The room had just been renovated and was pleasant.

I stayed here for one night for work. When I was looking for a hotel in front of Tottori Station, I found New Otani and booked it without hesitation. However, the reviews were unexpectedly bad, so I was considering changing hotels, but in the end I ended up staying here. The results weren't bad at all. I don't understand why the reviews aren't so good. The location is great. It's in front of the station. The facilities aren't bad either. There was no room service. I arrived on the morning of check-in, but I was able to leave my luggage smoothly and was guided to my room even though it was a little before 3pm. They also put my luggage in the room. The room was a renovated deluxe twin and very comfortable. Of course it's different from the New Otani in Tokyo, but as a business hotel I had no problems and was able to stay comfortably. Next time I go to Tottori, I will definitely come here.

Stayed a single night in Tottori. The hotel has nice, large rooms, well furnished. Wi-fi and fridge. Side area with 3 chairs and small table. Nice, well-functioning bathroom. Very nice 3-star hotel located very centrally in Tottori. Regards. An & Nine
