The buffet is very satisfying. There are plenty of nokke-don bowls with plenty of seafood, live kickin' carbonara, Yamagata's specialty imo-ni, and white chocolate chocolate fondue. I told him by phone that he was OK to change the dinner time from 18:30 to 18:00 from the tourist spot, but when I returned to the hotel he said, "Sorry, I couldn't do it, if it's 19:30." That would have given us an extra 30 minutes of sightseeing time, and it would have been a shame if you'd called me before we went back to the hotel. It was also disappointing to suggest a late time of 19:30 to customers who wanted to speed things up. I wonder if they are feeling the same way as the customers.
