Conveniently located at the North exit of the Shin Yamaguchi station. There is no shelter from the Shinkansen but close to the bus terminal and has a few 7-11s close by. Several izakayas around the train station so quite a few food options. Hotel itself has a check in kiosk and check in only starts at 3pm. Luggage can be locked at lobby using a self number lock. Rooms are clean but compact. Even a double room felt small once luggage was opened. Toilets were clean. What was surprising was that the room only had one pillow, one towel and one hand towel if staying as solo traveller. Extra towel had to be asked for at the lobby. Hotel has complimentary breakfast which is fresh and of good selection.

築浅の建物なので、客室は一般的なビジネスホテル同様ベッド（セミダブル）にデスクと椅子等、広くはないですが綺麗で清潔にも気遣いを感じられ、快適に過ごせました！　必要最低限のアメニティは部屋にありますが、寝間着は希望サイズをロビーから取得する形式です。　スタッフの対応も気持ちよく、今後も是非リピートしたい宿泊施設です。　As the building is relatively new, the rooms are like most business hotels, with a semi-double bed, desk and chair, and although not spacious, they are clean and the attention to cleanliness is apparent, making for a comfortable stay! The room comes with the bare minimum amenities, but you need to pick up your desired size of pajamas from the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making this a place I would definitely like to return to in the future.

I stayed in a single room for two nights on a three-day holiday in February. The room is a bit small and only has a shower, but I think it is conveniently located close to the Shinyamaguchi station and 7-Eleven is also very close. Breakfast varies daily, and there are smoothies, fruits, and salads, so I think the nutritional balance is good. The clear fugudashi soup was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. I'm glad that we were able to replenish the breakfast area with a small staff, clean up after it, and disinfect it. I also think it's a good idea to have time-specific tickets for breakfast. For two nights in a row, there was no cleaning, but when I came back on the second evening, I found a set of towels and other items at the door. There is a laundromat on the fourth floor for convenience. I think Cospa is very good.
