I stayed last week one night.The location is very good.I walked 3 minutes from kofu station. But the room wall is thin.I heard voice of the next room ,TV sound ,Sound of door.I never stay this hotel.

It was very noisy because there was building construction nearby. The room and facilities are quite old but it's acceptable. What shocked me most was the lady who was in charge in breakfast lounge, she was UNKIND, unlike any other Japanese who are famous for being polite and kind (if she is Japanese). If I asked something, she pointed out here and there, she just pointed out where I should put my breakfast card, pointed out where I can find the plates and so on. I don't know whether she can speak English or not, but if she can't speak English, at least she can smile or throw a greeting, cannot she? I lost my appetite at once.

This is a very basic hotel. The room is not very big, but with a queen size bed for single room. They have rooms for smoking and nonsmoking, so you would need to specify. They also have some rooms that do not have internet, which is very strange. I wanted a non-smoking with internet, which was not available for the first night. The noon-smoking room was very clean and the bedding was of high quality. One thing you would need to know is, the room was unbelievably dry in ear Dec, even if I turn the heating off. The guests have choices of having Japanese or American breakfast, which were very basic. The hotel is very close to the Kofu Station. There are places and a Starbucks in or close to the station for getting good food and coffee. The staff is very friendly and working very hard on the room maintenance. I found that the attitude of the Japanese toward their duties could always win my extra support. If you are traveling to Kofu on a limited budget, don’t be reluctant for staying in this hotel.
