Fuji Ginkei

Fuji Ginkei offers a half-board stay with a choice of traditional Japanese-style rooms (with futons) or Western-style rooms (with beds). The room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The view was quite nice, with Mount Fuji visible from the room, although part of the mountain was slightly obstructed. They offer free Japanese wear for everyone which is available at the lobby, which is kinda interesting. Breakfast and dinner were served in a communal dining room on Level 4. There is also another dining room on Level 2, which I suspect may be reserved for Japanese guests, although I could be mistaken. During my two-night stay, I did not see any Japanese guests dining in the same dining room as us, but I did notice a Japanese couple entering the Level 2 dining area. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary ¥500 credit per guest, which could be used at the hotel's small convenience store to purchase snacks, drinks, or souvenirs.

One of the best experiences I’ve had on my trip to Japan. A stunning view of Mt Fuji and it was so fun being able to stay in a traditional room. The food in the restaurant was incredible and made for a perfect birthday dinner. We also felt so relaxed at the Onsen.

We just stayed and thank the hotel for making us feel so good and Yoneyama's attention And your professionalism The hotel is very well located you see Mount Fuji from its facilities, very well maintained, very clean, good price, breakfast is good there is one more Western Urban and one Japanese I think. Dinner in the restaurant was a tasting of typical dishes with good elaboration and care , and a fantastic presentation Since we arrived Yoneyama helped us in everything and explained everything If you want to feel at home and live an authentic Japanese experience this is the hotel I thank the hotel and Yoneyama for all their care!
