We stayed here for two nights and it was brilliant! The view of Fuji from our room was incredible, we was lucky enough to see Fuji fully, and the customer service was excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful it couldn’t have been better. The rooms were tidy and clean, everything was spotless and the beds were comfy! Thank you

Great location and view of Mt Fuji. We stayed in a western room in the extension block, The rooms are very dated with old and shabby furniture with stained carpets .However the beds were comfortable and clean . The bathroom was also clean and had been modernised. The rooms were a good temperature , but the communal areas of the hotel were very cold . The Onsen was very lovely and we enjoyed using . The bar was not manned and you have to ask for load a card with money to use the self service wine. The reception was reluctant o supply the cards at first, but another member of staff helped. We made use of the washing a drying facilities which were resonable prices worked well. The reception able to provide change. We were only there 2 nights an it was fine for the purpose we required it for.

Spectacular old building, filled with the history of the area. The rooms are large, the sauna warm, and the staff exceedingly helpful. My only complaint is that they don't heat the communal areas, like reception or the corridors, so getting around is quite chilly. The rooms were kept cozy by individual heaters.
