RAMADA HOTEL AND SUITES AMMAN

Filthy,poor condition rooms. Dirty towels and bed linen unchanged from previous occupants. Food inedible. Extortionate charge for room service , when finally able to order anything; phone slammed down 3 times by reception. Carpets needed a good clean. Fridge in room filthy and ineffective. Views from window of a brick wall. Window actually cracked. Tent in desert was of a far superior quality.

The hotel has changed its name, making it difficult to find. Check in was fine, the room very basic and shabby. Breakfast was not particularly great, and the position is not central. Service in the downstairs bar was very odd as it isn’t a bar at all, but the staff are all helpful. Too expensive for the amenities.

Absolutely filthy. We stayed here with TopDeck and I’ll be complaining to the company about the state of the hotel. Everyone said their rooms were filthy. Our first stay the floors were a mess, as was the bathroom sink and even the water cups. The second night here 4 days later is even worse. I pulled back the sheets to see dark male hair all over them. F#cking disgusting. And the staff charge you the most ridiculous prices to even purchase water from the restaurant - with a service charge even though we collected it directly and didn’t sit down to eat. An absolute joke.
