Seven Wonders Hotel Petra

I will start out by that I stayed here on a group trip. The trip was fantastic, but this hotel fell short. Several of the women in my group reported harassment from the staff. I did not experience this myself, but I absolutely believe them. The room was ok - comfortable enough for a few nights, and I did like the balcony I got in my single room. The bathroom was not so great, and the shower was nearly impossible to get any hot water from (my room was on the 4th floor so maybe that was part of the issue). The rooftop was nice - good views of Wadi Musa. But the issues with the staff really put me off.

This hotel needs improvement to warrant 4 stars for cleanliness and customer service. They do provide lotion, tissue and consistent temperature in the shower (which I appreciate!). Towels were white and clean. Bed was comfortable Stayed here 2 nights - 1st breakfast on time - great! 2nd breakfast was scheduled for 7.00am but the guy responsible for the kitchen slept in, came down at 7.02 am and advise us that it will be an hour before anything is ready! Unprofessional! We did not eat breakfast because we had to leave at 8.00am

The accommodations were adequate, but we were disappointed at the quality of the food both for dinner and one of our breakfasts. The amount of food and its taste just wasn't as good as expected. Room could have been better vacuumed. Location was excellent with plenty of shopping, museums and restaurants within walking distance.
