From check in all things was 5 star thanks to Mr adel dercoter of reception he's helpful the hotel room views has wonderful location room cleaning everyday and the size of the room was normal my reservation made by the hotel and they were friendly staff , in general everything was wonderful.

I would share to all that this hotel is not as what you can expect since it is old and not your fancy expensive hotels around Kuwait. But this hotel will have a repeat for me since their hospitality is excellent. Ver respectful and accommodating staff. The rooms are also good, quiet and clean. Breakfast food should and can be improved still and other than that...everything is great! Thank you for the staff for their genuine hospitality.

I have just came back of a short scientific visit to kuwait. The location is very conveneint. The staff are so helpfull specially in reception and drivers for pick up from airport. Rooms are capacious.
