The access to the hotel is inconvenient. There is a stairway leading from the ground to mezzanine before you can catch a lift to the hotel. The staff is polite but there is some unrealistic approach to managing the hotel. Its 2022 for God's sake!!. Was travelling for work and due to unforeseen circumstances the stay had to be extended. Upon requesting an extension i received numerous calls to my room to come down and pay!! i explained i was doing some work and would be there later, But they seemed relentless. Eventually i settled that. Later the same evening after dinner i requested for the bill to added to my room account and again the same unrelenting attitude of pay before you step out of the restaurant. There seems to be something seriously wrong with the way the hotel is managed. I guess they don't have the system of check out where you settle and exit. Or maybe they are not familiar or maybe they simply don't care. So if you want to experience the 1980's along with the interiors, furnishings, cramped up bath space and an attitude to match that paying 35KD per night feel free to explore. Else look for better options. And yes you get one bottle of water, 2 tea and 2 coffee.. dare you ask for anymore. You will pay 1.2KD for each bottle of water thereafter!!!

Staff are great with a good location and beside the city center and the staff were very helpful and the rooms view was good at all i will go there again as the value is reasonable to the service and i do recommend the hotel

When ever we come from India our go to hotel is Inn and go. The only hotel in the kuwait city where there give option of kitchen for long staying guests. Room and the bed are so comfortable, but with television channels are limited. Maintenance staff is amazing especially a wonderful lady whose name is Charis.. who takes care of the guests. Inn and go staff should be proud to have an amazing resource like Charis. I am not a fan of this hotel's free breakfast no uniqueness. Overall this hotel is a good option if you want to stay in the city for long term.
