Our visit to Kyrgystan was made memorable not least because of the warmth, hospitality and courtesy shown by everyone across the board. The team at the reception - Nurjamal and Jipara, were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They called around and put us in touch with a proficient and knowledgeable driver (also our guide) to take us to Songkul for an overnight trip. Upon requesting an extension of our stay, they allocated the same room to us upon return. After our trip, we extended our stay by another day because we loved the hotel service, and wanted to get to know the city a bit better and also to visit Ala Archa for hiking (outside Bishkek). We again asked for the same room. However, all rooms were fully booked, but they managed to find a way by reconfirming with all their guests, and allocated the same room to us. They also gave us a good tip on shopping at a local market for nuts rather than going to Osh bazaar. The breakfast at the hotel was equally outstanding, which is not a surprise as their restaurant is highly regarded. Compliments to the chef and kitchen team for the wide selection of fresh vegetables, fruit, smoked trout, roast beef sandwiches, manti, samsa, eggs to order, etc and drinks on offer. Another reason why we loved our stay. I would happily go back and stay there again. The hotel is centrally located and walkable to most restaurants and sites. Snow-capped peaks are visible, depending on the room.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so you actually enter the hotel through the doorway where one would ordinarily go to the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern (as mentioned, hotel being renovated). Area around the hotel: like many parts of Bishkek, "sidewalks" are a bit rough around the edges, because the city is in the process of tearing them up and replacing them. Area around hotel has plenty of dining and shopping options.Friendly, helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel in Bishkek. This is our third time in this city, and this is our third and best hotel. Wonderful, cozy rooms, very pleasant staff, they helped with suitcases, qualified girls at the reception, they explained everything, helped and advised. And the breakfast in the restaurant exceeded all expectations and praises, delicious food, excellent presentation, wonderful interior, helpful, attentive staff. Next time only to you, you are the best❤️❤️❤️
