Arawan Riverside Hotel

Unacceptable for a 4 star, no service, no one speaks English, the bathroom is filthy, no toiletries, 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Poor breakfast for Europeans. The room overlooks a supermarket-style square.

Location was good, rooms were decent, but the housekeepers stole from my bags TWICE. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Very unbecoming of a self-proclaimed "4-star" hotel. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are a Westerner.

I and my friends were very comfortable and feel love this hotel. The service very good. We spent long week in Pakse city and we stayed in a few hotel this hotel is very good. If next time we go to Laos or Pakse area we would like to stay there again Thank you
