Villa Champa

Nice and clean but they can not make appointments! We have been 3 times s here I paid before and didn t get the room wich was promised! I got a noisy room terrible Thats really not good!! If you have a agreement then it should be like that! And breakfast is very poor. I asked an other small yoghurtl!!! not possible

Clean rooms !Very noisy.I thought smelled perfume in the pillow and sheet was not changed. Nice shower and balcony. I had booked 2 more times orally (on request hotel) but then the room was forgiven and we went to another hotel! So not neat!! Appointment is appointment!!

I didn’t actually stay here but I had inquired about a room for three nights and they told me they had no availability. They walked me next-door to the Sok Dee. I booked for three nights at this place and paid. The next morning a woman from the Villa Champa came to the Sok Dee and said they had availability and for me to come and look at the room. I did not want to change hotels as my room at the Sok Dee was comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff were very kind and helpful. I went and looked at A room which was not the room that I would be staying in and I did not like it as it was on the street and there was construction going on. When I walked back to my hotel, the woman from the Villa Champa was aggressively talking to the owners of the Sok Dee and insisting that I move to their hotel. She was also aggressive with me, and I said I am not moving hotels, I have paid here and I am staying here! These are two separate hotels with two different owners. The whole interaction was very uncomfortable and I felt that I was being bullied. I think the Villa Champa staff are only concerned about keeping their rooms booked and do not care about the guests. I would highly recommend the Sok Dee Residence next door.
