Avilla Phasouk Hotel

Cool hotel in Vientiane. The hotel is base just in the opposite street of the night market and the Mekong river. Room are big enough and so cleaned. Stuff is do kindly and polite. Breakfast is good. Definitely recommend it if you are in Vientiane

This small hotel was a great choice. We chose the suite as it only cost a little more than the standard room and it was huge! There is a big, comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a large area with bench and table, in room safe and a balcony. Wifi was fine and there were a few English TV channels. As the hotel had few guests the buffet breakfast wasn’t on but the alternative was adequate. There is construction across the road for a big hotel but it wasn’t too noisy but that may change in the future. The staff were lovely and the location great. If you want a budget option and want to support a local business rather than a brand hotel this is a good option.

Check in was quick. We were asked what floor we would like too. The room was nice and spacious, the beds were comfortable. Air con was good. Shower was hot. WiFi was good. Breakfast could of been better, not much choice and nothing replenished. Location was good with plenty of restaurant nearby.
